Will Crammond

Will has been a Director of Confluence since February 2025, prior to which he spent 5 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer at top tier law firms. In 2025, Will has demonstrated flexible commercial acumen to deliver a diverse range of projects for key clients. 

Will brings extensive expertise in corporate, commercial, and transactional law, complemented by a strong track record in strategic planning, project design, management and implementation. His professional focus centres on driving continuous improvement, generating stakeholder value, and aligning strategy with implementation to deliver impact.

  • Will holds bachelors degrees in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, as well as Law (Honours) from the Australian National University.  Will is also currently pursuing a Masters degree in International Economic Development.
