Robert has an academic background in economics and political science. Since joining Confluence in November 2025, Robert has applied his expertise and interest in regional economics and public policy to deliver in depth insights to a diverse range of clients.

Robert's focus is understanding and applying the water policy frameworks governing water management in the Murray-Darling Basin, and the regional economic impacts of water management practices.

Robert supports the team in research, stakeholder engagement, and the preparation of policy analysis and client deliverables.

  • Robert holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Political Science from the Australian National University.
