Henry is a consultant specialising in water policy and management, with deep roots in the irrigation communities of Griffith, New South Wales. Henry founded Confluence in 2024, with a vision to transform complexity into clarity, enabling a flow of actions that deliver results.

Henry’s work has focused on water policy and strategy, particularly within the Murray-Darling Basin. Henry has played a key role in helping projects navigate complex policy programs such as Restoring Resilient Rivers Water Infrastructure Program and Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment Mechanism.
