Andrew Nilon
Associate Director
Andrew joined the Confluence team as an associate director in May of 2025, bringing with him six years of management consulting experience. Over his consulting career, Andrew has delivered analysis, insight, and value for government, private sector, and not for profit clients across strategic, policy, and implementation processes.
Andrew has developed expertise in public-facing government strategy, engagement design and facilitation, policy framework development, and project management. He has worked collaboratively and impactfully with clients and communities from remote and regional localities through to Australia’s largest cities.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts (Policy, Economics, Philosophy) from the Australian National University.
